The thought popped into my mind this morning that for the first time in a long time "be slimmer" hasn't been on my list of resolutions. That's just as well, I don't plan to alter my diet all that much, even though I should.
I am going to focus on eating more healthily at lunchtime and on not buying as many snacks, but that's not to lose weight, it's just something I want to do.
