First I want to say thank you to each and every one of you for the warm and happy birthday wishes! I appreciate you all going out of your way to wish me a happy birthday and make me feel so special! It was a great day spent with friends and family. 
This is the outfit I wore to work and then out to dinner. I absolutely love a full a-line skirt like the one I am wearing above. It is so feminine and ladylike and always makes me feel put together. Not to mention, I think it's very appropriate for wearing to the office, but is also, most definitely a party skirt! Have a fabulous day!
